We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is incorrect. Important to note we do not do refunds.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to attach a photo of your received items and the receipt of your initial purchase in the email to ensure you get the correct products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
