It can be tedious, mundane and exhausting doing the same thing over and over again in this lockdown! So why not make it fun and exciting? Putting into place creative activities that gives you something to look forward to. 
💃🏽 Set aside a little extra time in your week for a 'me-time' activity. Reading a book, drawing, bubble bath, yoga or a little extra sleep?
💃🏽 Schedule in activities that ensure you are being active: Cleaning out your cupboard and putting a bad together to donate to charity. Going on a coastal walk, or baking something delicious!
💃🏽 Having a unique activity scheduled in gives you not only more structure, but allows you to feel accomplished in times when our 'lockdown fatigue' may be overpowering us!
